Electronic Reporting: e-Reports
- e-Reports are C&T's electronic replacements for paper reports. All clients receive a Level 2 e-report; level 3 and 4 reports are available only by advance arrangement. C&T's e-reports are efficiently printed using adobe reader software in color or black and white. Paper reports are available on request.
- All reported data are legally and technically defensible, and are compliant to the highest quality NELAP-QSM standard. All sample analyzed can be reported to any level.
- e-Reports are designed to meet specified regulatory requirements. They are available in three levels of data reporting; Standard Level 2, Extensive Level 3, and; Level 4 reports that include all data required to fully reconstruct the laboratory process.
- Reporting is automated at all levels and types, including EDDs. No additional time to produce EDDs or extensive L3 and L4 reports.
- All e-Reports are paginated Adobe pdf documents produced directly from C&Ts LIMS. They can be efficiently printed, e-mailed, searched for keywords and phrases, bookmarked, copied and/or converted for inclusion in your documents and reports.
- Access your e-Reports via e-mail, or through LablineTM C&Ts complete online data service. e-Reports can be burned onto CDs and delivered via US Mail.
*The case narrative is a method specific data validation summary report based on batch QC sample analysis results. The case narrative identifies and addresses accuracy and precision issues and their applicability to the reported samples.
